Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a room that my family and I slept in  at Star Hotel last week.
We used to go to Star Hotel some years ago and we really took to it -that is why we decides to come back; but this time we were unhappy with our room.
 Firstly, we ordered a room for five people and we got a room for three. After several complaints they gave us some extra mattresses because there were no more rooms available. Later when we returned from a walk, we found the beds unmade and the room was still dirty. That was when we decided to leave.
However, we paid the stay without complaining but now I regret it, so I want to receive an explanation and an apology for the awful treatment we have received.
