Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to complain about a problem with the room where I stayed at Swiss Hotel last week.

I reserved this room for a few days but in the middle of my stay I had a problem with the bathroom: the toilet had a terrible smell. However I decided to call  the reception and tell them my problem which they solved quikly by sending a plumber to fix it.

But the following day this smell came back. That is why I decided to talk again in a friendly way to the receptionist. They said that they did not have another room for me. Eventually I had to leave the room as it was unbereable to sleep in there. 

The problem is that they did not give me my money back, which is why I am writing to you. I hope I will have a refund.
