Dear Sir/Madam:
I am writing to complain
about an unacceptable stay at the Paradise Hotel last week.
My husband and I were
looking for a pleasant and relaxing place to spend our holidays. In contrast
with what we had heard about this well-known residence, the installations and
the staff are not at the level of its price. Firstly, when we
arrived at the hotel, the woman at the check-in desk did not treat us in a polite manner
as we had expected; what is more, she spoke to us impatiently, ignoring the fact
that we had just arrived. Secondly, the installations were not as the internet page showed. In the web pictures, this hotel seemed to be more
luxurious than it actually is. The room was so untidy and disordered that it
was a shame to sleep in it. However, when I went to complain about it, the
secretary responded similar to what she had done on the previous occasion.
We have been in
several hotels, but I have never seen such a deceitful place. I
will not stop sending complaining letters until I receive my money back.
Look forward to hearing
from you.
Yours faithfully,
Rita Smith.

It was OK, just pay attention to the mistakes!
