I am writing this letter because last week I went to Golden Hotel with my family and we had some problems.
My family and I went to Paris, looking for a quiet family trip, but as time went by, the situation got worse. I stayed for 15 days at the hotel, but I only slept the first 4! That was due to the fact that a group of friends or a family next to my room made a lot of noise! I really could not sleep.
However, the people from the hotel did not give any importance to this situation. So, my family and I decided to go to another hotel, to a place that took care of their customers.
I will not go back if I do not get a proper refund

ReplyDeletehowever, you had some grammatical mistakes (remember modal verbs such as "could" are ALWAYS followed by infinitive forms)
Also, remember formal writings do not include contractions (you don't write "don't" but "do not").
