I am writing to express my dissatifaction with my stay at the `Royal hotel' last week.
We stayed in this expensive hotel with my family for a week, and we spent more than we earn in a month but our lodging was not excellent at all; it was not even good.
Our first impression when we arrived was good because the building is beautiful, but the staff were rude and you could see that they were not willing to work.
I paid every extra service available (because everything was extra) and my room was not clean. The restaurant was not first rate either.
I am not writing to ask for a refund, because I really do not want to come back to your hotel; I am doing so just for you to see what you are offering to your clients and so as to receive an apology for the service that we got
