Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain about
the service that I asked for
at "Barcelo Hotels and Resort" three days ago.
I ended up there because of a recommendation from internet. Although I had an unexpected argu
ment with
part of the staff. I
asked him if he could bring me a meal that was in the menu, so he kindly accepted.
However, while I was working in my room, the doorbell rang. It was the same
employee to who
m I
had asked for my meal, but he was bringingsomething I did not ask. So I told him, and he started acting aggressive
ly and not politely at all. I subtly
requested for
my dinner, so he
came back with my order. But when I paid the residence, the bill said I
had ordered two different meals the
previous night and that is why I am writing this letter.
I am not giving a good review of this hotel unless
the bellboy g
ives me an apology and the reception
ist gives me back the money of the extra meal.
