I've chosen this song because of a friend I have; she really likes this song and when she showed it to me I liked it immediatly. Although I don´t know so much about the band, I started to get interested in their songs, which are becoming more and more popular. Fortunately,I have never felt lonely, like the song says. Nowadays, the world has been changing for many things and one of them is climate change. We have to look after the environment, so the world stops changing.

Firstly, the main problem of this change is about the global warning. Is one of the most problems which happens in the planet. The climate change is an example of this problems: in my country is changing the temperature. This year, hot during more and cold is appearing now.

Secondly, there are some organitations to help the planet, for example: Green Peace, and in most cases, like in my country, the government takes some measures to help the environment: separate the rubbish.

In conclusion, the change hurts everyone, so we have to take care of our planet and be careful with it.

Nowadays people is realising that there is a big problem that is happening in the Earth, the climate change. But we don't know how to solve it, some people think that the government of each country in the world has to do something all together whereas the others think that we individually can do actions to prevent it.
Firstly, we know that the are a lot of  advertisements that give us information about how to prevent the climate change so I think that we all know what to do but the problem is that how many persons do it. If someone stop using the car and goes to his work by foot or by bike, recicle and teach the others how to do it the other will repeat it.
Secondly, If the governments make laws about the recicle, the waste of water, etc, people will start doing or caring it out of obligation and then it will be a habit for them.
In conclusion, this is a really difficult problem that envolves all the world but if someone do a little change, all of us will do it, too.

Although we live on the Earth and have control over our environment, the Earth does not belong to us. It is also home for plants, animal and it will be for future generations of humans. That is why we have a responsability to protect the environment.

Our town is a beautiful place to live but there are three problems. Firstly, there are too much junk on the streets. Secondly, there is a lot of traffic in the city. And thirdly, the air quality in the town is not good.

If I were the prseident, I would do something about the traffic, for example I force people to have just one car for family.To reduce the air polution, I would try to reduce factories. To delete the junk on the streets, I would encourage people not to put this junk out of the garbage bins.

In my opinion, this would make a difference to live in our town.But if I could onlyone, I think I will do something about traffic because with all this cars, life in town is dangerous.

Nowadays in the world we have the problem of the climate change. A lot of people think that only the governments can solve this problem. But that is true or there is something that we as individuals can do to prevent the climate change? Yes, we can. In my opinion, as individuals we can prevent the global warming.

 Firstly we know a lot of ways to help the environment: recycling, using the bike instead of the car, throwing our rubbish in trash cans, or take care of the water when we use it. So we see that we have these and a lot of different options to save the environment.

But we can think that if someone of us make it, it won’t be significant. But if someone do it and after that other person see the action and he repeats it. It’s like a snowball falling from a mountain. One person does it, other take the example and starts doing it, and someone else makes the same. At the beginning was only one, but at the end a lot of people takes the same way.

In conclusion, I believe that we can do something as individuals to prevent the climate change, may be it will be difficult but it’s not impossible.

Nowadays, climate change is becoming more and more increasing. Quickly, the weather is changing all over the world and, as a result, the environment is getting different in many ways. In the way the world see it, North Pole is melting, sea level is rising, temperature is getting higher because of the global warming actions. In my opinion, climate change is a consequence of an unconcerned society.

Society thought the ages had made the idea of that individual acts can damage the nature; for instance, just one person can´t change everything. In my personal point of view, one human (no matter which actions make) cannot change the environment, the weather or even the pollution. Therefore, he needs the action of the society to make a significant change.

On the other hand, the whole community is the one which has to make the decisions that could save (or not) the environment where we live. However, the society doesn’t thinks like that. Slowly, it is damaging itself and making future disasters get closer.

In conclusion, the community has to realize the actual situation that is involving us, because if the society cannot do anything to change our situation, who would? That´s why we need to take care about the world we live.

Snow in Buenos Aires

I won't forget the day that started snowing in Buenos Aires, it was one of the best things I have ever seen. I remember that I was in my house and when I looked out the window, it was snowing! My parents didn't believe me and when they went to the window too: they were in shock. My mother told me that it was totally weird here because it hadn't snowed for almost eighty years or even more. I also remember that it had been drizzling all day long and when we went outside it was snowing, it wasn't like real movies filmed in the USA because it was snow drizzle, but it was surprising. We went outside with my family and we really enjoyed that beautiful day. I was sad because the next day when all the kids went to school all the snow had slushed.

The last flood in Buenos Aires

This was in August 2011. It all started with high levels of  humidity in the city which is usually damp. Rain didn't stop for days and ut was also becoming stronger. A lot of streets were beginning to flood because the rubbish had covered all the grids.

One day, I was going to school on my mum's car. [did you go out or not?] We didn't  leave our house because there was a lot of water in the street. It had been pouring for two days straight. Nobody could do anything, all the shops were close and the traffic lights didn't work because there was not light in the whole city.

It was a big disaster because a lot of people lost their possessions like houses, cars or clothes!

9th June

I'm never going to forget the day that  the most strange thing I ´ve ever seen here took place. It snowed in Buenos Aires! When I heard my little sister saying "It´s snowing! Let´s go outside!” I couldn´t believe it! I was really shocked, because it hadn´t snowed in Buenos Aires for almost fifty or sixty years. It was actually a miracle!

It had been drizzling all day and it was such a freezing day that I stayed with my family in my grandma´s house until night. However, when we saw that it started snowing, we didn´t care about the below-zero temperature and we got outside immediately. Actually, it wasn´t a real blizzard, it was just a "snow drizzling", but it was incredible. My siblings and I tried to do a snowman, but unluckily there wasn´t enough snow to make even the head. Anyway, we really enjoyed this unusual snowy day and I´m still waiting for another freezing rainy day like that!

Brazilian weather

This summer I went to Brazil for a family trip. We went near Florianópolis. When we arrived, at twelve o’clock, we thought we were in a paradise. The sun had given us a cool suntan. It was not scorching, but the weather was warm. It was a nice temperature. The sky was clear and we enjoyed that.

But the first day, when the clock struck four p.m., the sky turned black. It was cloudy and chilly. We had to put on more clothes. So we thought that a hailstorm was coming. It was terrifying. Every day it started pouring, which was really annoying because we had thought something different about Brazil. The stormy weather caused a lot of floods and we didn’t know what to do. That is my experience with Brazilian weather.

Flood in Buenos Aires

I was going back home after school on a freezing day when it began to rain. My mum was waiting for me and I was trying to hurry because I didn't have an umbrella.

I was far from home when it started to pour with rain so I decided it was high time I ran. Finally, twenty minutes later, I arrived at my house although it was still raining a lot. My mum was worried because the water began to enter the kitchen. It was a real flood! We looked out of the window and saw that the street was filled and covered with water too.

The next day I watched the TV and I realized that there had been 196,4 milimeters of water accumulated in just 24 hours and hundreds of people had to evacuate their homes. Such a disaster!
