If I had to say which sports are the most important ones, those would be football, tennis, rugby, American football, basketball, volleyball, golf -which is very boring-, among others. Practising any of them is a really healthy habit for the body, and they'll help you if you are on a diet or training hard.
Doing sports makes you feel happy because the body segregates endorphins. So practising sports prevents you from feeling depressed. My favourite sports are football and tennis. Last year I trained tennis pretty hard and I won a tournament where twenty participants were competing. I felt really glad because I trained really long for that tournament. As for football, I have been training for about eight years and I played two years of ''FUTSAL''. I think that the person who invented this sport is a genius: it's good for your body and also it is really thrilling!
Football was invented in England but it wasn't until 1930 that the first World Cup was organized. The winner at that time was Uruguay. Argentinian tennis has a lot of players, but the best players in its history were Guillermo Vilas and Gabriela Sabatini.
