Let your body talk (Lola)
You have to be really careful about the body expressions because sometimes they talk more than words. As the phrase says, ("A picture is worth a thousand words") almost all the time you don't have to be talking to let other peolple know what you are really thinking.
In many cases, though the words mean something, gesture and body says another.
Gestures do not usually lie. They're not usually hiden or pretended, they are very sincere.
A look, a crossing of legs, a hand gesture may be what you're doing with the body and makes the person you're talking interpret different things.
In conclusion you have to let the body speak for itself too, but be careful, not all the time the same gesture can have an identical meaning.

Let your body do the talking
Have you ever felt that your body talks for you? Probably you have and you can't control it. It's one of the most common things that we usually do.
When we are nervous, sometimes we bite our nails, touch our hair or shake all our body. Also we feel that we get butterflies in our stomach or just start staring at the other person when we are in love. On the other hand, when we are angry, we fold our arms and we keep a straight face.
In fact, I dance differently depending on my mood, because I need my body and my face to dance. If I am sad, I find it harder to change my face because it changes alone when I don't realize. Or sometimes when I 'm happy, I have a smile without nobody telling me something funny.
In conclusion, I think that not always it's positive that ours body expresses itself as we don't control it and we do not know how the rest of the people may react as we are not aware of what we are saying!
let your body do the talking- belen
Have you
ever heard the phrase “the body talks itself”? Or maybe “an image is worth a thousand words”? These phrases are signs of all that our expressions,
movements and little details show about us every day. Just a little expression can give away our
thoughts without saying a word. Every moment you don´t want to say anything,
you had better take care, because maybe you don´t want to , but
your body will do all the talking.
Sometimes, letting
our body express itself is very useful, because it can help you to say what you
don´t know how to express. Or maybe it helps you when you don´t want to talk,
and you make just an expression to show what your mood is like at the moment. But sometimes our
body betrays us and makes us do things we don´t want to. Our feelings could be blamed for this as they can change our mood in a second and take the control of
our body. When we are in love, our whole body won´t stop shaking! We don´t know
what to say or sometimes we can´t even talk!
All these expressions are made without thinking and that´s the most dangerous
thing, because, in a second, they can tell all we have in mind. So,
as a conclusion, you have to let your body do the talking (because if you
don´t, you cannot express yourself), but you have to, at the same time, try to control
what it is saying of you.
Let your body do the talking - Tomas
Have you ever thought that we expess a lot of things with our body without realizing so? Sometimes we just need to let our body talk without saying anything and the other person will simply understand.
Throughout body language we can express feelings or things that we want. Sometimes we do it thoughtlessly because we can't control it but sometimes we do it on purpose. For example, when a baby or a child wants something, he/she cries to catch adults' attention.
Also, we can see it in older people, for example, my brother has spider phobia and when he sees one of them he begins to perspire and he puts his body firm onto the floor.
In conclusion, I think that we express with body language the same as when we talk, although it's unconscious. So don't be embarrassed to let your body talk!

Body language and gestures are forms of non-verbal communication in which visible body action or hand actions are used in communicating important messages, replacing our speech or in combination with spoken words. Gestures can involve movements of the face, hands and other body parts.
Body language is a form to show things without talking, only by using your body. We can express not onlyfeelings, but everything we we want to. It is a language that people cannot control: although our body is not moving, somehow we are showing how we feel with our attitudes.
We have learned how to communicate effectively, and not only by speaking. Gestures can convey messages, feelings or thoughts using specific forms of physical communication. In conclusion, then, we are beings who not only talk with the mouth, but also with the whole body.

Let your body do the talking
Have you ever thought that we express more things with our body than with our words? It's said that what we do with our face is sometimes more important than what we actually say.
According to Robert Johnson, a language expert, "the general rule of body language is that within 60% to 80% of the message in face-to-face interaction is what your body says."
Often actions speak louder than words, for example, my sister says that if you have an important interview, you had better not only practise what you might say, but also what you will do with your body.
In my opinion, It is true that we express more things with our body than with our words, but I also think that it's something that we can't control. So, to make your all important first meetings count, let your body do some of the talking.
Say it with your body - Thomas
It’s
said that the body talks or at least that it expresses all of our feelings. But are we conscious of this language? It may be something that we cannot take under control.
Talking
with our body is an usual way to communicate with other people. It´s common and
universal: maybe if you see a Chinese person laughing with craftiness, you will know he is probably making a joke. And it’s not something that we can hide. Because we don’t want to do
it consciously: it just happens.
I
think that if you know a person you will detect the action quickly. For
example, my brother has a lot of these gestures: if he is irritated with
someone who is too bossy he makes a grimace with his eyes. And when he is scared of something, for example, heights, his body gets tense.
In
conclusion we have seen that our body can talk and it does it without our
permission. It´s nice because you can recognise how people feel without
asking.
